We are more than a company: we passionately work with responsibility towards a renaissance in energy and agriculture. GreenRack® is a joint venture founded by the established Dutch companies KS Systems, Dursol, and Energeion. GreenRack® was initiated after the successful completion of a joint agrivoltaic project called Branderwal. Our clients are EPC contractors, large companies, project developers, real estate and property managers, farmers and cooperatives.

KS Systems, founded in 1975, is a leading manufacturer and construction company, specialized in building systems with cold rolled steel profiles, known for its commitment to precision engineering and product excellence.

Rooted in a 1968 founded family business, Energeion started in 2018 to implement projects for energy production, storage, and transportation, providing a green boost to residents, entrepreneurs, and municipalities.

OUR MISSION

Enhancing a sustainable future for everyone!

We like to keep it simple. We develop and produce innovative mounting systems for solar panels. And there’s more. Together, we work towards a greener future!

The energy transition is in progress, and we want to contribute to it. The challenge is to reduce CO₂ emissions by accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy and smoothly phasing out fossil energy, while keeping the energy supply safe, available, and affordable.

By working with Green Steel and designing systems that are more cost effective, require less material, and can be installed faster, we also make the world a bit better. For us and the generations after us. With that in mind, we founded the Joint Venture GreenRack®.
